These terms cover this website and the Second Brain Seed plugin for ChatGPT. Trimtab Labs is me, Lorin Symington. By using them you agree to these terms.

What the plugin does

The plugin gives you a starter plan for a second brain and points you to the Second Brain Seed on GitHub. It is free.

The Second Brain Seed

The Seed is open source under the MIT licence, published at github.com/Loringtonian/second-brain-seed. That licence, not these terms, governs your use of the Seed's files.

Your use

• Use the plugin and the site for lawful purposes.
• Do not try to disrupt, overload or break into the service.
• The plan is a starting point. Your AI tools act on your own files at your direction, and you are responsible for what you ask them to do.

No warranty

The plugin, the site and the Seed are provided as they are, without any warranty. I do my best to keep them accurate and running, but I do not promise they will always be available or free of errors.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss that comes from using the plugin, the site or the Seed.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions go through the support page.
